The Great Room is rich in textures and luxurious furnishings that echo the beauty and simplicity of the great outdoors.

Beyond the glass doors, a stream slips under the Great Room, carrying rainbow trout on its way. You overlook the valley, and as far as the eye can see you look out at Treetops.

Enjoy the flickering natural wood fire, and sink into the soft furnishings that adorn the room. Impeccable attention to detail is evident from the copper light fittings, to the trout door handles, to the hand carved Rimu beams overhead.

The Library is a timber-panelled sanctuary, crafted from the wood on the estate with a richness of a past steeped in culture.

Great Maori Chieftains watch majestically from the historic artwork, which adorns the walls.

Daydream on the window seat overlooking the swirling stream or curl up with a novel beside the blazing fire.

The Villas

Tucked away, the Villas are positioned within a stroll to the Lodge.

Choose a secluded haven framed by native virgin forest or look out over lakes and wildlife on the Treetops Estate.

Exquisite furnishings adorn these luxurious quarters, featuring a bedroom, spacious bathroom with spa bath, lavish lounge with fireplace and small kitchenette.

The Lodge Rooms

The Lodge Wing has been created to offer a home away from home and is designed to reflect the best in luxury accommodation while still maintaining that family home atmosphere! Totally self-contained, it has its own fully equipped kitchen, large dining and living area, with four beautifully appointed suites each with its own ensuite. The living area opens out to the magnificence of the valley vista and the privacy of the wing is enhanced by the single entry way access to the rest of the Lodge and the separate exit to the opportunities offered by the Estate.

This facility is perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy the company of their travelling companions in a high quality shared communal living area, but still enjoy the privacy of their own room and facilities. The Lodge Wing will also suit travelers who enjoy the company of others or those who prefer to be close to the amenities in the Lodge.

The Pheasant Cottage

This unit is a large 2 bedroom 2 bath house that is very comfortable with modern amenities.

With the ability to sleep up to 12 it has some great possibilities for small groups of hunters traveling together to take over the cottage as the home base for their hunt.
