Located in the South Island of New Zealand on the beautiful Kaikoura coast, this exciting and spectacular coastal property offers great fair chase hunting among wooded, undulating hills.

The property has a variety of terrain but with an extensive road system makes it suitable for hunters of moderate to average fitness level.

Stags of up to 14 points can be expected as a management program to enhance the quality of the Red Deer herd has been underway for a number of years.

This is a pleasant and exciting place to hunt where good numbers of quality animals can be encountered.

There's a well-appointed cabin, with hot showers and flush toilets. It accommodates groups up to 4 hunters, with 2 other cabins situated within the hunting area.

The property has a large forest surrounding its northern boundary that serves as a huge breeding ground, from which large numbers of deer filter out onto the open ground in the hunting area.

Accommodations in the main lodge include: 2 Queen bedrooms (1 with ensuite); 1 Twin bedroom; 2 living areas; open stone fireplace; TV, DVD, video, and stereo.

The Sleepout includes 1 double bed, 1 single bed, its own shower and toilet, and kitchenette.
