Gold medal stag at Glen Dene

Cory Wright, an award-winning taxidermist from Portland, OR, took this gold medal red stag at Glen Dene, Lake Hawea, in May 2011.  I had the pleasure of hunting with Cory for several days, and he’s not only a great guy and a nationally-known taxidermist, he can spot red deer with his naked eyes when the rest of us struggle to see them with binoculars!

    Heys guys, Just wanded to drop a line and thank you again for an amazing hunt. Everything was great, the food, the hunting, the fishing, and the people.
